2 Account Registration & Use

To create an account at 75bet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being cancelled.

2.1 Account Creation Requirements

  • Each user may have only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • The name, address, and identity document information provided at the time of account creation must be truthful.
  • The phone number and payment method used for the account must be registered in the user's own name.
  • 75bet may request a copy of your identity document at any time for account verification.

2.2 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Never give any third party access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or a security breach, contact us immediately.

You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account. 75bet is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

75bet's services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Participation by minors in any gaming activity is strictly prohibited.

For Ages 21+: If any person creates an account by providing a false age, all funds deposited from that account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Limits & Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes of receipt. However, this time may increase due to account verification, bank system delays, or security review.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

  • Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals cannot be made if the applicable wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 75bet will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

The bonus amount will never exceed ৳10,000. Example: depositing ৳22,000 will yield a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each promotional offer may be used only once.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be converted to cash.
  • A designated list of games applies for fulfilling wagering requirements.
  • If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any bonus-related winnings will be forfeited.
  • 75bet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus without cause.

6 Betting Rules

There are specific rules governing betting activity at 75bet that all users must follow.

6.1 General Betting Rules

  • A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • 75bet reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly created due to a technical error.
  • A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance at the time of placing it.

6.2 Sports Betting

If an event in sports betting is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded. In the event of a dispute over an event result, 75bet's decision shall be considered final.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

If a disconnection occurs during a game, the result will be determined according to the data saved on the game server. If a technical problem occurs in any game, the relevant round may be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are completely prohibited on the 75bet platform and may result in immediate account closure if they occur:

  • Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
  • Creating an account using false or stolen identity.
  • Creating artificial betting patterns to obtain bonuses (bonus abuse).
  • Using a third-party account or payment method.
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
  • Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other users.
  • Knowingly exploiting bugs in gaming software.
No balance may be withdrawn from an account closed due to prohibited activities, and legal action may be taken.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request closure of their account at any time. In such cases, the opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided (excluding any bonus portion where wagering requirements have not been met).

8.2 Closure by 75bet

75bet may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

  • Any breach of these terms and conditions.
  • Evidence of fraud or deception.
  • Failure to complete account verification.
  • Extended period of inactivity.
  • A self-exclusion request (as part of responsible gaming measures).
